Over the years I’ve followed several different career paths, often guided by chance rather than careful planning. Some of those decisions were good and others definitely not so good! I finally found meaning in my work when I joined a great team providing Outplacement & Career Coaching services. I now understand how much value I could have got from having someone who could understand my unique preferences, challenge my thinking without criticizing my choices and guide me through some tough career transitions.
