Individual Career Transition | Outplacement Programmes

Programmes typically encompass helping people manage the emotions associated with change and redundancy, particularly during the early phases together with practical and pragmatic support to help them understand their value through a range of self-assessment activities, understand the current employment market they are operating in, set short, medium and longer term career goals, and put in place the steps required to achieve a successful transition.

We support people to craft their career marketing collateral such as their CV, cover letters and on-line professional profiles, prepare and practice for interviews, and conduct a successful job search through a range of strategies. These can include networking, selecting and coaching referees, and ultimately assessing job offers against their "ideal" role and conducting a successful negotiation conversation. Our individual programmes can also focus on building a portfolio career, becoming self-employed and/or transitioning towards retirement.

I have worked with Leeanne for the past few months, Leeanne's support in my search for a new role has been invaluable. Leeanne has informed me of what is happening in the market, she has worked with me in prepping my CV and cover letters and has guided me to other roles I could consider that I hadn't previously thought of. I highly recommend Leeanne as a person that supports you as you look to secure your new role.
