Public Workshops & Webinars
These virtual workshops and live and pre-recorded webinars are ideal if you are seeking specific information, resources and some initial support from a coach but are comfortable working independently activating your career plan or job search strategy. The online workshops are limited to no more than 15 participants per workshop and provide a relaxed environment to get answers to your burning questions, self-reflect, and practice and prepare for things such as interviews and networking meetings. It’s also a great way to “meet” others in the group and bounce ideas off each other. Hourly 1:1 sessions with a coach can be added post-workshop if you would like more support or have questions about specific areas of concern or interest.
Our 45 minute live and pre-recorded webinars are a great way to get information on the topics most important to you in a short amount of time with a Q&A session in the live webinars.
Workshops topics include:
- Creating your career marketing material: CV, cover letters, LinkedIn and online profiles (includes an online skills assessment to be completed prior to the workshop)
- Acing Interviews: Mastering in person, virtual and pre-recorded interviews. Progressing through from the initial screening interview to final selection interview. Answering behavioural or scenario-based questions and common general questions, handling nerves and the importance of non-verbal language
Webinar topics include:
- Craft a compelling CV and cover letter
- Optimise your LinkedIn profile for job search and beyond
- Interview tips and techniques
- Streamline and polish your job search activities with AI
- Evaluating and negotiating job offers
Workshop registrations are on a “first-in first-served” basis with a maximum of 15 participants per workshop. There is a waiting list (also on a first-in, first served basis) and where there are sufficient numbers, additional workshops may be offered.
Please contact me for more details and pricing of our upcoming webinars and workshops.

Will Rogers
I approached Leeanne from Career Spheres when my workplace was going through a restructure 18 months ago and again more recently during a Covid19 related restructure. Each time the company started talking about change I felt a lot of unease and found it hard to think clearly to make the hard decisions like do I take voluntary Redundancy? Do I apply for another internal role or leave for another challenge?. After just one session with Leeanne I felt a lot clearer about what options would suit my current situation and after 2 sessions I was able to make a decision and feel confident about it. I have now left my employer and Leeanne is helping with my CV, LinkedIN profile and preparation for upcoming interviews. I find her service invaluable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others at any kind of career crossroads!
