Change & Transition Workshops & Webinars

CareerSpheres workshops and webinars are a cost-effective option whilst still providing a high level of support to larger numbers of impacted staff within short time frames or where specific topics such as preparation for internal selection processes may be more appropriate than a full outplacement programme. Workshops can be delivered in person or virtually and can be followed with one or two 1:1 folow-up sessions with participants to address any questions or concerns specific to their situation, and provide feedback on cover letters, CV’s and LinkedIn profiles post workshop.

Webinars can be run live allowing for participant Q&A sessions or provided as a pre-recorded resource for any-time access over a stipulated timeframe during your change process.

All workshops and webinars can be tailored to suit your requirements. An example of sessions we can deliver include:

  • Embracing Change:  Understanding and managing emotions during change, moving outside of the career and comfort zone
  • CV and Cover Letter Writing and LinkedIn optimisation
  • Interview Preparation
  • Evaluating and Negotiating Offers
  • Conducting a Successful Job Search: Networking, working with recruiters and other strategies, understanding and working with AI driven and digital recruitment processes
  • Identifying the ideal role. Understanding career motivators, values, drivers and skills and how these relate to the world of work and your “dream” job
  • Incorporating AI into the career planning and job search process. Advantages, pitfalls and mastering prompts

I am deeply grateful to Leeanne for her invaluable assistance during my transition to self-employment following redundancy. Her real-life experiences and expertise in the current job market have provided me with the confidence to embrace this new chapter in my career. Leeanne listened empathetically, thoroughly reviewed my CV, suggested helpful resources, and recommended actionable steps to take. Throughout the process, she also kept me accountable, ensuring I stayed on track. I highly recommend Leeanne to anyone seeking to make a significant change in their life.
